5) More Muscle: It’s been proven that the more lean muscle you have the higher your metabolic rate will be. Try to do some exercises like weight and resistance training to make your muscles larger and leaner.

6) Green Tea: The fastest way to lose weight is to burn off fat by boosting your metabolism. A simple way to do this effectively is to drink a cup of green tea three times a day.

7) Eat Lean Meats: Making your diet high in protein will help you lose weight quick. Try eating skinless chicken or fish as much as possible with lunch and dinner. Also, eating egg whites for breakfast is a great way to add lots of protein to your diet.
